I have been in the fitness industry since 2011 and have a genuine passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals. It was in going through my own weight loss body transformation that inspired me to become a personal trainer and help others do the same. I spent the initial part of my career working alongside much older and far more experienced trainer's which enabled me to learn from them and develop my own style.
I have honed my skills over thousands of client-facing hours and more recently online personal training and program design. I have vast experience working with a wide range of clients from complete beginners, gym enthusiast's to competitive athletes.
As a fully qualified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with nearly a decade of experience, I am a highly experienced and well-rounded coach who can help you get results.
Training with Danny is the perfect combination of fun and hard work that makes you want to push yourself to your limits. Danny creates a culture of hard work, maximum effort, but achievable goals. If advice is needed on nutrition or training around wee niggles/injuries he is always on hand is always supportive. Our fitness has improved hugely since training with Danny and feel so much better physically and mentally, especially as we trained all through lockdown with video sessions. We would highly recommend Danny to anyone who wants to see great results whilst actually enjoying their training.

I first started training with Dan in 2018 following a knee injury I’d sustained the year before. Dan created a personalised programme that included lots of squats, lunges and glute exercises to target and strengthen my problem areas. That combined with a focused stretching session before and after the session saw me back out running super quick. As the sessions were so enjoyable and varied I continued to stick with them and discovered I also had a love of weight lifting and boxing. Dan is a great coach. So motivational and encouraging - no matter what your ability he will work with u too get the results you require. His chat is not too bad either!
