Are you bored?

Sometimes sticking to a plan can be boring.

You set yourself a six month goal but after three weeks you feel bored. Or frustrated at the lack of progress.

Unfortunately, fat loss, muscle gain, increasing fitness. These are all goals that take time to achieve. The more you put in, the more you get out.

If you feel a little bored, good! You might just be onto something.

Tracking food, moving more is something that takes effort. Of course it's easier just to eat whatever you want and chill and pass on that walk or the gym or your yoga session.

However, try and think how you might feel if you just stick the plan for the original time you had planned.

Get comfortable being a little bored and frustrated, and you may look back grateful for doing so.
