Consistency

Talking of consistency, it's been a while since I've posted. I've not been consistent. But it's all about getting back into the habit of it.

The hardest part of any journey for people is consistency. They manage to avoid those biscuits with their tea, they are getting those extra walks in, they are doing the stretches that their physio or trainer has asked them to do. Then, they start to revert back to old habits. A few biscuits won't do any harm.... I'll do my walk tomorrow.... I'll stretch later. And before you know it, they haven't made any progress and wonder why? Really they know why but it's hard to admit that to yourself.

Do not ever underestimate the power of consistently applying a few small changes to your life. Give it time, do the work and you will see the results!

Have a great week!
