New challenges.

This week I want to talk about taking on new challenges when you feel like you are stagnating.


Sometimes we can get caught up in the same old routine.


We kid ourselves that it's good because it's what we are used to. I think being in a position where you can assess your own routine and say "I need a new challenge somewhere" is very healthy and mature.


This could be taking on a new activity. For example, hill walking, or writing a blog post for that matter.


It could be attempting to learn a new language, a new skill or even meet a new group of people interested in different things.


If you feel like you can relate to the above. Go out and try something new. It doesn't have to be fitness related. However increasing your fitness can often open up a lot more opportunities for you.
